Remote Support Packages
Remote support is ideal for those small technical issues that don’t require a full visit or PC collection.
If you have a virus it may be more beneficial to use a remote service to remove the offender, taking advantage of smaller service costs than if you call out a technician or take your PC to a shop.
Eden Tech offers a remote support service to all customers, from home users to small businesses. The service is provided on a pay-monthly subscription and provides a set number of hours support depending upon which package you subscribe to.
Remote support is provided as standard and included in School Support packages. You do not need to add an additional remote support package.
