Pay As You Go
Call or email with your problem and either a diagnosis will be made over the phone or a (free) visit to your premises to diagnose. Once the issue has been resolved you will be given a technical report detailing what the issue was and how it was resolved along with the costs involved which you can choose to pay by cash, credit/debit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer.
The easiest option for day to day technical repairs for home users and businesses alike.
Flexible Monthly Contracts
For companies and schools Eden Tech offers flexible monthly contracts with no tie-in, you can opt out at any time.
This option allows you to have allotted hours or scheduled visits on-site each week/month, with remote support included.
Flexible hours mean you can choose when you use your time, just call up and book a repair. And if you haven’t used your hours before the end of the month, they get rolled over, so you never lose what you haven’t used.
An example would be:
You sign up to 4 hours support a month, but towards the end of the month you haven’t needed to use any of your allocated hours (lucky you!). You can then decide to use some hours for lingering issues, say as a full days support, or roll those hours over to the next month.
You can also add more hours, or deduct hours each month as you see fit at the standard hourly rate. Plus, unlike some IT providers, you can cancel your contract at any time.
