How can I pay for services?
Since Eden Tech deals with clients in their homes, on their premises and online it’s important that payments can be accepted a variety of ways. Therefore we can accept payment,
- in cash,
- by cheque,
- by direct bank transfer,
- via PayPal,
- by credit/debit card (in-person)
Are callouts really free?
All callouts within a 10 mile radius of CA11 are free, so you don’t pay for travel time. Beyond that a surcharge of 45p per mile is added.
However, any work carried out, including assessment of the issue, is chargeable at the hourly rate of £30/hour (Minimum charge £5, comparable to 10 minutes assessment).

Do you have a No Fix/No Fee policy?
Yes, if Jonna is unable to fix your issue you will not be charged any costs (including initial assessment).
** However if the cause of the issue is diagnosed on assessment and you choose not to go ahead with a repair a cost of £15 will be applied. **
Do you provide server support?
At this time full server support and network configuration is not an offered service, though server troubleshooting/diagnosing and liaising with network providers on your behalf are a service provided.

Do you sell equipment?
No. But equipment procurement is one of Eden Techs services and Jonna would be happy to discuss your hardware or software requirements with you and recommend options.
