The technician at Eden Tech has worked at schools and PRUs with hundreds of pupils plus teaching and management staff, supporting the learning curriculum environment and helping to resolve day to day issues concerning IT equipment.
Working with the Headteacher and ICT Coordinator (if you have one), Eden Tech will be your in-house technician liaising with third-party contractors to resolve issues within the school, reducing the involvement from office staff.
All packages come with a free evaluation of current IT equipment as standard, plus unlimited remote, email and telephone support, and all except the Bronze package come with FREE WEBSITE SUPPORT service to help each school make the most use of their online presence.
Packages can be tailored to suit your budget and needs according to the size of your school, particularly useful for smaller village schools on a tight budget.

Recommend our service to another school and if they sign-up to a package, both schools will receive a 5% discount for the lifetime of their subscription regardless of package size!
If a group of 2 or more schools cluster together and subscribe to any one of Eden Tech’s packages a large discount of 10% will be applied for the lifetime of their subscription.

What if we already have a network support package?
Your school may already have a support package in place with an IT provider, to deal with the running of your network and servers. Eden Tech can supplement this service and work with your network provider to give a quick responsive resolution to immediate IT issues that arise.
Sometimes larger companies aren’t able to provide a technician same day, but by using my services you’ll be seen to promptly without being charged a full day or half day rate. Even better, use a half day or full day package to have a weekly technician in your school to pre-empt potential issues from arising.
